About Our Founder Erica
From the very first job I had, I felt that serving others was the most gratifying thing in the world! This turned into me focusing on working in the field of Hospitality. I began my career working for one of the largest hotel groups in the world. During this time, I went through a Management Training program which helped me discover my strengths and weaknesses. I appreciated challenges and had a niche for problem/ resolution which I apply to most aspects of my career. After working in the field of Hospitality, came amazing opportunities in the fields of Private Aviation, Concierge (working alongside Property Management) and Restaurant Sales/Event Management. These opportunities prepared me to start my true passion…Blue Pepper Concierge.
